Congratulations to two of Smoky Mountain Region’s members – Newsom Baker and Jonathan Foulds. Each finished 2nd in the final 2012 PCA Club Racing point standings for Zone 3 in their respective classes. 2012 was the first year that the PCA instituted a National Points program. Jonathan competes in the SP3 Class while Newsom competes in F Class.
