Peter and Paula planned a wonderful driveout, down 68 through the mountains, over to Fields of the Woods, then back along the Ocoee River, then a nice drive along the Hiawassee on 30, freshly paved 30. The leaves were at peak, the weather was perfect, and good times were had by all.
We wound up at a favorite, The Chop House. They were awaiting our arrival, service was great, and the food was just what needed. Some of us had started the day at Harpers Porsche for the Heritage Day Cayenne rollout, so it was a 12-hour outing for some of us.
