Saturday July 27, MoCo (Maryville) to Iron Works (Tellico)
We have a special Smoky Mountain Region Cars & Coffee scheduled for Saturday, July 27th from 8-10 AM. Club member, Miles Slattery has invited us to his shop, Motion Consulting, in Maryville. We’ve been searching for a good location in Blount County and I believe that this location will be ideal! Miles always has an interesting collection of cars and there’s no telling what we will see on the 27th. Motion Consulting is located at 1519 East Broadway Ave in Maryville. As with our monthly Cars & Coffee events, no RSVP is required.
In addition, this location will serve as the starting point for a fun driving tour to Tellico Plains for lunch at Iron Works Grille. The route is only 75 miles, but filled with lots of curves and elevation changes on our great East Tennessee backroads. I’m anticipating the tour will take about 2-1/2 hours including a brief rest stop. We have reservations at Iron Works Grille at 12:30 PM.
