Appalachian Driving Experience, in conjunction with the Rennsport Dragon Rally, sponsored a post-drive Block Party in downtown Murphy, NC. Rally participants had a good day for their run, driving the Tail of the Dragon, the Cherohala Skyway, and the Moonshiner 28. After the run, the local police cordoned off most of downtown Unicoi Parkway and scores of Porsches lined the streets for display. Appalachian Driving Experience had some nicer new ones on display in the building, along with a DJ, refreshments, and a good time.
Jamie and Rebekah, and Matt and Teresa, although not participating in the drive, snuck their Porsches into the lineup just before the drivers showed up. They got see some nice cars, some old cars, and some nice old cars.
